At Jones Golf Bags, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new bag or accessory isn't the perfect fit for your game, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected for transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
